- Mixed greens & spinach
- Almonds, lightly toasted (or however you prefer them)
- Sesame seeds

In a bowl, crush cloves of garlic (to taste) with salt and pepper. Add olive oil and red wine vinegar. Mix.

Combine greens, almonds, and sesame seeds in bowl. Toss. Enjoy.

Spinach, almonds, and sesame seeds are all foods said to ease and/or prevent headaches.
