I am down in Santa Cruz with Maggie. I arrived yesterday evening. It took me about 3 hours to get here via Muni, CalTrain, and the 17 Bus. Maggie and her friends, Katie & Megan, picked me up at the bus station and took me back to their house. Then Maggie and I went out to Shogun for Japanese food. Mmmm, yummy. Only Maggie started to get sick, we're still not sure why, and that put a damper on our evening. Still, once we were back at the house and she was feeling better, we made ourselves comfortable on the couch and watched Ten Inch Hero on Merpet. Maggie let me sleep in her bed, and she took the couch.

This morning we went to Safeway and bought Oatmeal and sourdough bread for toast. We came back and had breakfast, and then went for a walk along the coast to Natural Bridges beach. We clambered on the rocks and sat for a little while, and then strolled leisurely back. Once back, we made toast and tea, and then decided to go see a movie with Megan and Katie. We went to see Hanna, which was really good. A lot of fun. And then we went to Betty Burgers for food. It was yummy.

Now we are back at the house. Maggie, Megan, and Katie are ordering their Greek Week gear, and then I think we are going to watch some episodes of Friends. I am sunburned, but not too badly. I think. It has been a fun visit.

It's fun seeing where Maggie is living and meeting her friends.
